THE FOUNDER
16 Years in the Field. A Lifetime of Lessons.
I didn’t grow up with a roadmap. I grew up with hustle, heart, and a Cuban family that taught me what it means to show up — every single day.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the U.S. from the age of 7, Miami became my home and my proving ground. I found my first sense of purpose in music — marching band in high school, then jumping straight into music promotions after graduation. That world taught
me discipline, energy management, and how to read a room. Skills I still use today.
Two years ago, something shifted. I started mentoring young men between 13 and 20, and I realized — this is what all of it was building toward. Every event I worked, every late night, every hard conversation — it was preparation for this.
So I built something. I founded Boys Become Men Corp, a nonprofit built for Miami’s boys who need more than advice. They need someone who’s been there.
